Initiate Your Request
Log into your Musicland account and select the 'Order History' section to flag the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
